EG33 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

Welcome to EG33 (eg33-jit.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by the EG33 platform, including Sports Betting, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker), slots and all other related products available on the EG33 website and mobile platform.

• You are not registering from a country or region where use of EG33's services is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have never previously held an EG33 account that was terminated for breaching these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one EG33 account only. Multiple account registrations — regardless of the name, phone number, email address, or payment method used — constitute a serious violation of these Terms. EG33 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, including checks on IP addresses, device information, usage patterns, and payment method data.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, truthful, and up to date — including your username, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other requested details.
• Keeping your eg33 account password confidential and not disclosing it to any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity that takes place within your EG33 account — including any bets, deposits or withdrawals made using your login credentials, whether with your knowledge or not.
• Report to the eg33 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised.

EG33 does not permit the transfer, sale or lending of accounts to any other party. An EG33 account is for the personal use of the registered owner only and may not be used on behalf of another person.

Eg33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are legitimate local Malaysian payment options:

• Rollover Requirement (Wagering): All bonuses must meet the rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount received. Full rollover conditions will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.

• Bets Are Final: Once confirmed by the EG33 system, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by members. EG33 will not entertain requests to void valid bets except in cases of proven technical error on EG33's part.
• Errors and Incorrect Odds: eg33 reserves the right to void any bet placed based on odds or information published as a result of a technical error or human error, even if the bet has been confirmed. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the member's account.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results published by the relevant sporting body. For local football leagues such as the Malaysia Super League and the EPL, results are based on the full-time score (90 minutes plus stoppage time) unless stated otherwise. • Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your EG33 account settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours of being set — this ensures that your limits are decisions made with a clear head.

EG33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so. Such action may be taken for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Violation of any of these Terms & Conditions or related policies published on the EG33 platform
• Registering multiple accounts by the same individual
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or money laundering
• Use of automation software, bots or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Instructions from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies
• Account closure requested by the member

When an account is terminated due to a violation, EG33 reserves the right to hold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a serious breach of these Terms, EG33 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining funds, including any winnings already credited.

For account closures requested by the member for personal reasons or Responsible Gaming purposes, any remaining balance will be returned to the member after deducting any bonuses whose rollover requirements have not been met.

Eg33 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, the accuracy of information, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• Eg33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks, or events beyond eg33's reasonable control (force majeure).
• EG33 is not liable for any losses arising from betting decisions made by members based on inaccurate information obtained from external sources not affiliated with EG33.
• Members agree that all betting activity is undertaken entirely at their own risk and that EG33 bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of bets they have placed.
• Eg33 is not liable for any unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Notwithstanding this, eg33 accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all games are conducted fairly, all transactions are processed accurately, and all legitimate winnings are credited to members' accounts in accordance with the stated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the EG33 platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Live Chat: All disputes should first be directed to EG33's support team via email at support@eg33-jit.com for direct resolution. EG33 aims to resolve the majority of disputes within 5 business days.
2. Escalation to Management: If the initial resolution attempt is unsuccessful, the dispute may be escalated to eg33's senior management, who will review the case within 10 business days.
3. Final Resolution: EG33 reserves the right to make final decisions on all matters relating to platform operations, including disputed betting outcomes, based on system records maintained by EG33.

Members agree that EG33 system records — including transaction logs, betting records and video footage from Live Casino tables — constitute accepted evidence for the resolution of any disputes.
